Delete your account

Two ways to start, and what happens to your data next.

1. From your dashboard

It's the fastest way — the request is processed immediately.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open your account settings.
  3. Choose "Delete my account" and follow the confirmation steps.

2. By email

If you can no longer access your account, write to us from the email address you signed up with.

  • Subject: Account deletion request
  • Enter the email address of your account.
  • We process the request within 7 business days, and no later than the one-month period required by GDPR.

What is deleted

  • Your account, profile, and preferences.
  • Your projects, conversations, and creations, within 30 days.
  • Your remaining credits, which are lost and non-refundable.

What is kept, and why

  • Invoices and accounting documents : 10 years. This is a French legal obligation that cannot be waived by a deletion request.
  • Connection logs : 1 year, for security and fraud prevention.

An active subscription?

Cancel it before deleting your account, otherwise the next payment may still go through. Cancellation is done from the Subscription page in your dashboard.
